Have you ever stopped to think what it is happiness?
Or better yet, have you heard the phrase total happiness?
I want to emphasize that my blog will be focused on solving problems and situations of current life.
I will always try to give you practical advice and ideas so that you can acquire specific skills that will help improve your lives
So let’s see how these three elements that we mentioned at the beginning can help you live a happier and more fulfilled life.
The first thing is the Personal Development that keeps us alive, moving forward, taking actions focused on the main issues and vital for the proper functioning and improvement of your life.
For this, we divide personal growth into 3 parts :
Health, Resistance and Physical Flexibility.
Because these elements are key for you to be able to:
Take decisive actions to achieve your goals.
Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and energy.
Feel alive and use your body as a tool to experience happiness and confidence in yourself, so that later you can share it with your loved ones and the rest of the world.
2. Your Psychological Health.
Because when you master your mind:
You know yourself
You understand yourself,
And you love yourself.
You choose your thoughts, your attitude and your behavior carefully to aspire to be a positive person. You have control of your life and direct it to obtain great achievements.
3. Exercise of your conscience.
That has to do with:
Know how to breathe deeply to focus your attention on the here and now.
To be able to relax your body easily and quickly.
Be able to clear your mind of thoughts.
Having the ability to control stress instead of being dominated by it, thanks to the application of proven techniques of relaxation and control of emotions.
Do ongoing meditation to improve your concentration and focus skills.
The last point is leadership which we define as the ability we can develop to inspire others through our initiatives and our positive
This way we can take advantage of the opportunity that life presents to us to captivate, inspire and guide others.
Happiness is not something you get already packaged and done. It is something that you build through your own actions.
Fear is one of the emotions that masks itself the most. It does not always appear as what it is, precisely because of a kind of “fear of fear”.
We are reluctant to admit that we feel fear because we think this would increase it. That’s why we espouse attitudes that do not seem to represent fear, but they do.
Fear, like other emotions, begins to overcome itself when its existence is assumed. Unfortunately many are not willing to do so,
because they associate recognition with weakness. They do not want to see themselves or present themselves to others as vulnerable. That’s why they adopt attitudes that do not seem scary, but that deep down reflect great fears.
You must remember that sometimes fear leads us to develop attitudes that do not seem scary, but they are. These behaviors are like disguises that are acceptable to us, but at the same time prevent us from living with greater authenticity and more.
1. Too Much Planning
Obviously, planning is a healthy measure that helps us organize ideas, save energy and prevent problems. In principle, it is a healthy measure to limit the uncertainty and act more safely. However, when this is taken to the extreme, it becomes one of those attitudes that do not seem to represent fear, but deep down they do. What there is in those cases is not a desire to organize things better, but an excessive desire for control. This is one of the many masks of fear.
2. Impeccable manners
Good manners are a sign of good education and facilitate social relations. Courtesy never hurts and many protocols are a valid way to “break the ice”. It helps that communication is more fluid and that human relations are given in more friendly terms. We may be so afraid of others that we protect ourselves from them by focusing on how inoffensive we are.
Extreme caution, one of the attitudes that do not seem scary
It implies that before acting, a doubt always appears.
Avoidance Of The New
We are all a little afraid of what we do not know. Faced with the unknown, we do not know if it involves any risk and we are not clear if the personal resources we have will be enough to avoid or control the possible threats. It takes something, or a lot, of courage to go towards the new. Thus, when we allow ourselves to be invaded by fear, we end up installing ourselves and adjusting ourselves to the known.
Rejection of the different
When you have too much of strict life habits, the habitual thing is that you also have rigid habits of thought. This sometimes causes us to be intolerant of other lifestyles or other values that are not familiar to us.
